Want to know how to order insoles after your initial order?

The first time you ever ordered from us, a foam box impression was taken from you.
This was used to create a new custom insole mold for you.
We keep your first mold on file, so you don't need to make a new one. Simply go to our Reorder section and place the items in your cart from that section.
If you would like to create a new mold of your foot, simply use the dropdown box in the product page, and one will be mailed out to you. If you have changed shoes, there is also a dropdown for that.

If you want an insole for a new shoe, we want a new traceout of the standard removable insole that came with your new shoe. First be sure your current insole won't work with your new shoe. Most times, similarly sized shoes will usually be able to share the same custom insole. However if it will not work, follow the directions below:
Remove the removable insert that came with your new shoe(most commonly referred to as the sole of the shoe), and trace it on a piece of paper. Any paper will do. Then scan it an Email it to us @ email@example.com
